The Stingbow – Guitar

I am a guitarist since the times I can remember that Nutella on white bread with a thick layer of butter tastes good for dying. Later I became a singer which was quite some work for me. But I always was also melting everytime  I heard the sound of a good cello player. It was voice plus strings plus chords and the bowing. Now I did the impossible at the end of 2025. With the help of good friends and their skills I built a new instrument which sounds new and crazy and warm and heartbreakingly intense. This instrument is combining all of what I love about strings, guitar, voice and new possibilities. And: I am composing for an album within this exciting new orbit where everything is unknown. It is a bit scary for it is also unpredictible. Which direction will the music go? But like all unpredictible things it is nontheless an adventure I have to plunge in with full passion whatever it brings at the end. Simple as that. Come along if you like! I am calling it „The Stingbow – Cello“. Or „The Stingbow Guitar“ or in short term:  „The Stingbow“.
